Our founder, Phindile Grootboom, brought her vast experience in media sales, TV production, and public relations to build a team that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
Over the years, we’ve evolved into a full-service media and communications powerhouse, offering services that include media buying, public relations, event management, graphic design, and more.

Phindile Grootboom
With over 20 years in the media industry, Phindi has led sales for top radio stations, produced TV shows, and is committed to elevating Saphinda Media as a leader in media and communications. Phindi holds a Bachelor’s Degree (B. Com) from the University of KZN, as well as Project Management and Sales Management certificates from Varsity College.

Nokwanda Mkhungo
A Bachelor of Arts graduate in Motion Picture Medium from AFDA, Nokwanda brings a youthful, energetic touch to managing the day-to-day operations of Saphinda Media. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure that our office runs smoothly, and our projects are executed efficiently.

Monwabisi Grootboom
With extensive experience in PR, communications, and event management, Monwabisi has been instrumental in executing some of the country's most high-profile events. Monwabisi is a PR graduate from Nelson Mandela University and has worked with both private and public sector clients to curate and execute exceptional events.
